Our catering division has now become a full spectrum caterer by tapping into the resources of our parent company, Paragon Steakhouse Restaurants, Inc. Paragon owns  a variety of restaurants including

Hunter Steakhouse, Hungry Hunter Steakhouse, Mountain Jacks, Cliffhouse of Folsom and The Whaling Company,

This connection enables us to offer the experience and expertise necessary to develop a wide variety of theme menus from breakfast to a formal wedding dining experience.  Some of our special themes include Italian, Mexican and Hawaiian. 

Our Santa Maria-style Barbecue is our most popular style of catering, where our experienced pit crews prepare your menu selection on an authentic buckboard barbecue pit at the location of your choice.  We have recently added a new Wow factor to this venue by converting one of our buckboards to a spit on which we Roast a whole Pig! The Santa Maria-style theme is Western, and we will dress in denim for the occasion. 

We will customize our menu (and our attire) to meet your needs and make any event a memorable one for you.  We offer a wide variety of selections in a broad range of prices that are sure to fit any budget.
